Dynamic Resolution just lowers your resolution when your pc has trouble keeping up a decent framerate under pressure. I know what it does lol, I'm saying it's not working. If you have it enabled in the FFXIV client then it should just work - Don't really know what else to say.

Baseline today would be PS5/PS4 and 1080p resolution and DLSS would at least require imo nvidia 20 series or AMD 6000 series.
